Along the Hankyu and Hanshin Rail Lines
Urban and Community Development Along Rail Lines
We are consolidating a century of expertise in urban development and moving forward with the development of the Saito (International Culture Park), as a town that offers a new suburban lifestyle suited to the 21st Century.
We have set up the Saito Style Club, which comprises residents as members, and the general incorporated association Community Saito* for towns and cities to provide community support, and to assist with local community-based sustainable urban development in the Saito (International Culture Park). We are creating mechanisms that are not led by developers, and that support residents themselves to create independent and self-sustaining communities.
* Currently the general incorporated association has been dissolved, and the management of the Saito Style Club has been transferred to another company.
Received the 2018 Good Design Award
We received the 2018 Good Design Award together with the Saito Nishi Elementary School District Urban Development Promotion Council.
Saito Rice Terrace Farmer Club
Since 2002, with the support of local farmers, we have been planting rice and harvesting vegetables in the rice fields of an agricultural forest area adjacent to the Saito. To date, 2,000 Saito residents have participated in this club (as of May 2023).
Saito Flea Market
We hold a flea market at the Cube 3110 site in front of the Saito Nishi Station. This market is helping to vitalize the town, with Saito residents selling hand-made and recycled items and stores in the Saito area setting up stalls.
We launched the MUSE Takatsuki Club* in MUSE Takatsuki, as a place for residents of the over 1,300 condominiums in the town to gather and take part in community activities. The MUSE Takatsuki Club is a hub for various community activities such as gatherings to welcome new residents, mid-summer water sprinkling events, and town cleanups. With the cooperation of Kansai University, we are also offering lifelong learning and social and emotional education classes for residents. We will continue to provide various places for holding activities, and contribute to enhancing the town’s development.
* The club is currently not active.
MUSE Takatsuki Club Initiatives
We have set up a point system whereby residents can collect points for participating in environmental and waste oil collection activities, and then exchange their collected points for products. Also, as a community support initiative, we operate the MUSE Navi portal site for club members, so they can see notifications and news on various events. Additionally, Kansai University is running the MUSE Takatsuki College Club for residents and others in the area, and offering original classes for members on lifelong learning and social and emotional education.
Integrated Maintenance and Management
With the cooperation of the MUSE Takatsuki business vendors, we have formed the MUSE Takatsuki Management Council for the integrated maintenance and management of sidewalks and decks of public facilities and the pedestrian-access open spaces of privately-owned land and private decks, etc. By integrating the management of facilities that have different owners, we are raising the value of assets by keeping the town looking beautiful well into the future.

In February 2018, we were selected in the Amagasaki City Keimei Junior High School Site Utilization Business Proposal Competition as the business vendor for this joint development project of condominiums, detached houses, and commercial facilities. We have partnered with various Group companies including WellBeing Hankyu Hanshin (formerly Ikiiki Life Hankyu Hanshin) to carry out sustainable urban development initiatives that will motivate people to continue living in the Mukogawa area in Amagasaki City, and to encourage a flow of people entering and settling down in the areas along rail lines.
