We own numerous commercial facilities and office buildings, particularly along the Hankyu and Hanshin rail lines, including the Osaka Umeda Twin Towers, Grand Front Osaka, and Hankyu Nishinomiya Gardens. The total leasable area is approximately 2.2 million m² (as of March 31, 2023).
In 2015 we launched the Hankyu Hanshin Odekake Card, which can be used in major shopping centers in the Hankyu Hanshin Group. We are committed to strengthening our competitiveness, and maintaining and improving the utilization rate.
